SEAMO Awardees

Luke Sebastian C. Sy of Grade 6-1 and Haley Samuelle C. Sy of Grade 2-1 won Gold medal and Bronze medal respectively at the Southeast Asia Mathematical Olympiad’s (SEAMO) qualifying stage where ten of thousands of math enthusiasts from 15 different countries took the exam. Their awards earned them their spot to represent the school and the Philippines in the recently concluded SEAMO-Extended round (SEAMO-X).
By God’s grace, among the few who qualified for the extended round, Luke was awarded a gold medal and Haley brought home a bronze medal for our school and the Philippines. SEAMO-X was held at Resorts World, Sentosa, Singapore on January 20, 2019.
